Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maximo development, configuration and technical fixes within an agile delivery model.
- Lead and contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with Maximo best practice and future platform capabilities.
- Participate effectively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives.
- Produce code and configuration to a consistently high standard.
- Provide consultancy-level guidance on Maximo capabilities and roadmap, supporting discussions with business stakeholders.
- Work proactively identifying improvements, raising clarifying questions, suggesting options and supporting continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and confidently on technical issues, solution approaches and progress updates.
