- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing clear feedback
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and maintain high standards

Key Skills:
- A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching GCSE Maths
- A passion for engaging students and making Maths accessible
- Effective classroom management and a proactive teaching approach
- A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
