Key Responsibilities:
- Developing test worksheets for efficient testing on various test areas
- Overseeing junior staff in test activities to meet customer deadlines
- Accurately reporting test results data
- Acting as a backup contact for customers in the absence of senior staff
- Communicating with internal project managers and providing test reports
- Participating in lab-based housekeeping activities
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations
Key Skills:
- Degree (or equivalent) in physics, maths, materials engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar test lab environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to testing operations
