Summary: The Materials Administrator role is a 12-month contract based in Christchurch, focusing on managing material control functions and overseeing clerical and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the GFE Manager and Reprographics Lead across multiple sites.
  • Oversee Goods Inwards/Despatch processes and manage a range of clerical and administrative duties.
  • Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for internal circulation or customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date filing systems for easy information retrieval.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized tools such as SAP Hana and reprographic systems.
  • Experience in managing material control functions.
