Key Responsibilities:

  • Process goods in/out, including documentation and system updates
  • Pick, replenish, load, and store materials to support production
  • Support BFS/PFS production lines with timely component supply
  • Operate warehouse equipment and assist with conveyor system issues
  • Perform SAP transactions accurately
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and support cycle counting
  • Maintain accurate records and real-time documentation
  • Work in line with cGMP and health & safety standards
  • Complete documentation in real time for audit readiness
  • Support QIR/CAPA processes by logging issues clearly
  • Troubleshoot basic warehouse and equipment issues
  • Escalate risks and support resolution
  • Maintain performance targets (e.g. batch release timelines)
  • Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams
  • Liaise with third-party vendors (waste, cleaning, pest control)

Key Skills:

  • Valid FLT (Forklift) licence

You will ensure materials and products are moved, stored, and supplied efficiently to meet production targets across BFS (Blow Fill Seal) and PFS (Pre-filled Syringe) lines. The role combines physical warehouse work, system transactions (SAP), and compliance with strict regulatory standards (cGMP).
