Key Responsibilities:

  • System entry for creating Goods Receipt documents and updating inventory stock levels in SAP.
  • Stock management, including allocation of deliveries, organizing, storing, and labeling items.

  • General administration tasks including room booking and meetings.
  • Adherence to QHSE philosophy and ability to work within an API Q1/ISO 9001 design environment.

Material Coordinator / Admin Support ENTRY LEVEL POSITION Part Time Contract Role: Roughly 20 hours per week for 6 months initially Aberdeen Based Oil and Gas Industry Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements (including goods receipt processing), accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy. Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Experience working in an operations (warehouse) environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of related equipment (Kardex storage unit). Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed. Entry level position. No previous experience required. The other duties and activities will include providing administrative support to a Technology Design Team. Works under close supervision, with work closely defined and standardized. Performs simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions. Requires 0-2 years of experience. Entry level position.
