Summary: The Master Data Development Admin Support role at Kingfisher involves coordinating and supporting the BPM and PMDM processes to enhance systems and processes for the Offer & Sourcing & Banner teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the workflow team in capturing and documenting workflow screens and attributes.
  • Complete and update documentation and system changes for joiners, leavers, and maintenance processes.
  • Maintain PL/Vendor tables and contact lists for changes.
  • Manage action logs for various groups and follow up on actions.
  • Keep guides up to date on administration processes for the team.
  • Create presentation packs and capture minutes for meetings.
  • Support user acceptance testing for release activities.
  • Capture screenshots for the change team.
  • Assist with analysis on data rejections completed by the business.
  • Maintain Visio process maps for the workflow teams.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Master Development teams when requested.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a project-oriented environment.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP MasterData and supporting systems, including BPM workflow.
  • Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

This role focuses primarily on the co-ordination and support for the BPM and PMDM (Business Process Management, Product Master data Management) process flow.

What's the job?

  • To support the workflow team in capturing and documenting workflow screen and attributes to provide an aligned version of all workflows.
  • To complete and update relevant documentation and system changes for the joiners, leavers and maintenance process
  • Maintenance of the PL/Vendor tables
  • Maintenance of the contact lists for change
  • Manage the action logs for various groups and chase actions
  • To keep all guides up to date on administration processes for the team
  • Help create presentation packs
  • Capture Minutes for meetings
  • Support user acceptance testing for release activity
  • Capturing screen shots for the change team
  • To support with analysis on data rejections being completed by the business
  • Maintain visio process maps for the workflow teams
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Master Development teams when requested

What You'll Bring
