Key Responsibilities:
- Process account setup forms and amend account data accurately and timely.
- Ensure the integrity of customer accounts and raise awareness of account processes.
- Support credit and risk checking processes and provide timely information on customer accounts.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting of customer metrics.
- Develop and maintain internal contacts for effective communication and business results.
- Manage customer relationships in accordance with agreed guidelines.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data.
- Experience using reporting tools, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
