Summary: The MarTech Architect role involves shaping customer engagement and AI-enabled marketing capabilities within a consumer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining architecture solutions across Marketing Technology ecosystems
  • Evaluating existing customer engagement, marketing and data platforms
  • Supporting technology assessments, vendor evaluations and RFP processes
  • Designing future-state solutions focused on customer personalisation and automation
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI across marketing operations and customer engagement journeys
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Data and Marketing functions
  • Producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and technology roadmaps
  • Supporting delivery teams through implementation and adoption

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a MarTech Architect, Solution Architect or Digital Architect
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Technology ecosystems
  • Experience with CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer engagement or personalisation platforms
  • Experience leading or contributing to vendor selection and RFP activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate across architecture strategy, roadmap definition and delivery
  • Experience working within complex digital transformation programmes

Salary (Rate): £700 daily

REED Technology are working with a client who are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement, personalisation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities within a large-scale consumer-facing environment.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and customer experience, helping define and deliver solutions that enable smarter, more personalised customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

  • The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on delivery support
