Summary: The Marketing, Tech & Data Partner role at a Media Agency in London involves leading the vision and implementation of marketing technology and orchestration strategies. The position requires driving the adoption of new technologies and ensuring seamless integration of MarTech and AdTech solutions. The successful candidate will also manage transformation roadmaps and analyze industry trends to inform strategy. This is a contract position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the vision, strategy, and implementation of MAdTech & Orchestration across the organisation.
  • Driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices, ensuring seamless integration of MarTech and AdTech solutions.
  • Enabling automation, personalisation, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Defining and executing robust transformation roadmaps for clients.
  • Analysing industry trends to inform strategy, client challenges, and thought leadership.
  • Managing technical direction and implementation of Marketing and Tech architecture strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading Marketing, tech, Data & Orchestration projects, delivering large-scale digital transformation.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in aligning technology, data, and customer experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to manage complex challenges and stakeholder expectations.
  • Extensive knowledge of integration across multiple platforms, including CRM, CDPs & DSPs, Tag Management, CRO & Personalisation, Analytics & Data, Mobile Marketing, and Cloud Technologies.

Salary (Rate): 650.00
