Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across social, DSP, and job board platforms
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable reporting insights
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders across EMEA
  • Support multi-channel campaign planning and execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and marketing efficiency through automation and AI tools

Marketing Specialist – EMEA Hybrid | 3 Days Office-Based | 8-Month Contract

We’re partnering with a globally recognised business undergoing significant growth within its international marketing function. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support paid media campaigns across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing, media buying, or agency-side campaign management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The Role

You’ll support the execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping to drive engagement and performance at scale. The position combines campaign delivery, reporting, stakeholder management, and process improvement, with exposure to emerging AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
