Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global advertisers to measure true business value through impactful analyses and research.
  • Develop cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches for global clients.
  • Conduct in-depth ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to understand the impact of different marketing strategies.
  • Drive adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches.
  • Engage in senior client conversations and presentations, providing data-driven insights.
  • Consult with internal sales teams on marketing best practices.
  • Provide feedback to product, R&D, and partnership teams to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in research, analytics, or ad effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, including experimental design, modeling, or advertising research.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences and inspire action based on data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, demonstrate creativity, be detail-oriented, and deliver results in a highly organized manner.
  • Fluency in Turkish.

You will be a key player in shaping measurement strategies, driving impactful analyses, and influencing how clients utilize data to optimize their advertising campaigns. As a Marketing Science Partner, you will empower global advertisers to measure true business value by operationalizing analyses and research. You will play a strategic role in developing cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches. Dive deep into custom ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to understand the impact of different marketing strategies. Be a champion for preferred measurement methodologies and products, engaging in senior client conversations and presentations. Internally, you'll consult with sales teams, advising them on marketing best practices using data-driven insights. Your expertise will also be invaluable in providing feedback to product, R&D, and partnership teams to identify opportunities for innovation. This is a 12 months contract, offering £125k per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and R, and hands-on experience with data analysis.
  • Background in marketing science or measurement roles at other measurement providers, research companies, or agencies' analytics departments.
  • Experience with projects involving cross-channel measurement, cross-platform analytics, omni-channel measurement, MMM analysis, media mix modeling, econometric modeling, geo-experiments, A/B testing, or causal impact analysis.
