Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and drive the adoption of robust measurement practices among global advertisers.
  • Develop and influence cross-platform and cross-media measurement strategies tailored to global clients.
  • Design and conduct both standardized and custom ad effectiveness studies and meta-analyses to assess marketing strategies across platforms and media.
  • Promote and enable adoption of the company’s measurement methodologies, products, and best practices across industries and verticals.
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to senior client stakeholders and internal partners, influencing marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Partnerships teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities for innovation and new product development.

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in Turkish.
  • Experience with Meta's advertising tools (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram).
  • Proven experience in research, analytics, or advertising effectiveness, ideally within a digital marketing or media context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioural/social sciences, or a related quantitative field.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including branding, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques, including experimental design, causal inference, and/or modelling.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented with a track record of delivering results independently.
