We are seeking a highly motivated team player to co-ordinate the administrative team within the International Office. The International recruitment team (also known as the International Office) leads on the co-ordination of recruitment outreach and conversion activities in support of full time, on campus international students. The team is also responsible for managing the University s contracted overseas recruitment agents.The post holder will co-ordinate the delivery of support to the International team across a multiple areas, including: management of student enquiries; visits; campaigns, and occasional inbound stakeholder visit programmes and conferences. Working with the Head of Office and wider team, the Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing a small team of administrative assistants and associated operational processes. As part of this role, the Co-ordinator will take a lead role in organising processes associated with contracted agents, including: authority to act, commission, enquiries & communications. The role will also involve working closely with the DSE Finance team to process requisitions, purchase orders and preparing agent commission.
