Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple creative workstreams
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope
- Support client communications across email and meetings
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues when required
- Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation within project management systems
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a Project Management role (ideally 1+ years)
- Experience using Synergist is highly desirable; experience with other CRM or project management systems is also acceptable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 are desirable
