Summary: SF Recruitment is seeking a Marketing & Project Assistant for a community-focused organization on a contract basis for approximately 4 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the day-to-day maintenance of the website and Intranet, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised.
- Manage the main social media pages and the central in-box, responding to comments and messages, directing enquiries, and assisting with content creation and scheduling.
- Work on a specific project to improve the website's SEO, including organising and optimising the media library and adding relevant SEO descriptions.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials and branded templates for the organisation.
- Conduct monthly analysis of website and social media performance, tracking key metrics like engagement, page visits, and follower growth.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including sorting mail and assisting with the monthly newsletter.
- Implement and positively promote equal opportunities in service delivery and employment practices.
- Take responsibility for health and safety and set an example for others.
- Undertake training and attend meetings as required and directed by the line manager.

-Content Management: Support with the day-to-day maintenance of our website and Intranet, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised. This includes uploading news articles, documents, policies, and other content.
-Digital Communications: Manage the main social media pages and the central in-box. This involves responding to comments and messages, directing enquiries to the relevant teams, and helping with content creation and scheduling. You will also use platforms like Viva Engage to promote internal news, events, and activities.
-SEO Project: Work on a specific project to improve the website's SEO. This includes organising and optimising the website's media library and adding relevant SEO descriptions to all web pages.
-Marketing Support: Assist with the creation of marketing materials and branded templates to be used across the organisation.
-Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly analysis of website and social media performance, tracking key metrics like engagement, page visits, and follower growth.
-General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including sorting mail and assisting with the monthly newsletter.
