Job Responsibilities
Lead a multi-stage tender process with potential agencies including:
• Stage 1: Kick-off meetings and capabilities discussions.
• Stage 2: Development and launch of agency briefs, including performance marketing challenges, creative challenges, transformation strategies, capabilities outside of the US, commitment to consume company products, commercial and legal considerations, and transition framework plans.
• Stage 3: Review and score-card proposals, shortlist agencies.
• Stage 4: Conduct presentations leading to partner selection and contracting process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and alignment with risk management and KPI/success measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure PR activities are managed separately under a different initiative.
