About The Role The Marketing Planning & Operations Executive is a vital position within our Marketing Excellence team, responsible for managing digital assets across our brand portfolio. This role oversees our Brand Asset Library (BAL) and Brandbank systems, ensuring optimal asset utilization across multiple digital channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will streamline our digital asset management processes, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive efficiency in content creation and distribution.

Role Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Britvic Asset Library, including user administration, training, and ensuring 100% adoption across the organization Oversee the relationship and budget with digital asset management system providers and Brandbank (Nielsen), developing annual plans while maintaining appropriate licensing within budget constraints Facilitate regular meetings with marketing agencies and internal teams to ensure all digital assets remain current and align with upcoming campaigns Develop and implement strategic recommendations for asset suites required for new campaigns, including photography, optimized imagery, and cost-effective production processes Establish and maintain taxonomy and metadata protocols that enable efficient asset retrieval and governance Manage weekly uploads to Brandbank, ensuring data accuracy and timely approval of assets before they go live Handle ad hoc requests from sales and brand teams, including sourcing barcodes, label artwork, and resolving online product display issues
