The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for students currently working towards a Business or Marketing degree seeking a year's industrial placement for the academic year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Almac Clinical Services Marketing team, contributing to the execution of the Almac Clinical Services marketing plan. This position involves active participation in delivering Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, encompassing lead management, market research, communication initiatives, digital marketing, and administrative tasks. The Marketing Placement Student is expected to engage effectively with a range of internal stakeholders, including business development professionals and members of the Almac Group marketing team.
Essential Criteria
Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) Currently studying a Business or Marketing based Degree qualification and have completed second year of your degree before commencing placement in Summer 2026 (For further information on essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the job description attached to the online job posting)
Working Pattern
You will work on a flexible work pattern which means your core hours will be 10.00 – 16.00, Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week.
