Summary: A global technology company is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager for a 12-month assignment in London. This role is pivotal in supporting the UK Marketing team to ensure efficient campaign execution and effective budget management. The position reports to the Head of Marketing Operations and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize marketing processes and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or operations management within a marketing context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Develop and oversee marketing policies and procedures.
• Design and optimize processes for lead flows and tech stack integration.
• Manage the UK Marketing budget and ensure compliance with financial forecasts.
• Oversee the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project planning and execution.
• Onboard and manage new starters and agencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for campaign launches.
• Coordinate and run the Marketing QBR for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency and share best practices across global teams.

Key Skills:

• Two or more years of experience in Project Management or Operations Management.
• Strategic maintenance of financial/budgetary information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of business productivity software and aptitude for new applications.
• Effective problem-solving and people management skills.
