Marketing Effectiveness ManagerHybrid - LondonASAP until August 2025 46.15 per hourLead, generate, or directly contribute to a plan and strategy for execution of a large project or multiple project(s)/program(s), including providing clear planning around requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.Identify, collect, and track key business metrics and define metrics for new businesses/products.Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that influence stakeholders and drive impact (e.g., improving campaign performance, managing operational costs, accelerating product growth, or driving business strategy).Challenge - Anticipate issues and propose solutions to defined problems.Understand both, the details of a problem and the strategic implications of decisions.Manage problem framing to resolution with the appropriate urgency.Influence - Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and external partners.Contribute outside the team (e.g., share best practices/knowledge in other teams meetings, teach/organize workshops or courses, help with recruitment activities, and mentor others).Manage data partners and vendors for projects or areas of ownership.Actively share best practices within the analyst community.Act as a leader in managing competing interests and priorities while keeping relevant parties (e.g., manager, stakeholders) in the loop on potential issues.Expertise - Have significant expertise in marketing analysis.Capable of independent end-to-end delivery of data extraction and manipulation, dashboarding/visualization, experimental design, statistical analysis, predictive modeling and/or qualitative and quantitative research techniques.Develop a reputation as the "go-to" person for a particular area that requires addressing many types of problems of sufficient difficulty/scope.
