Summary: JD Marketing is looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to support event operations and administrative tasks in their Peckham office. The role involves managing client communications, campaign processes, and utilizing marketing technology. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is initially for maternity cover but may lead to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Event Operation Support: Build landing pages, manage customer-facing email invite sends and processes, track RSVPs, and update campaign assets from initial brief through to post-event reporting
- Event & Executive Support: Conduct detailed attendee research and create comprehensive bio/briefing slide decks for client hosts and teams
- Data & Tech Operations: Manage spreadsheets, data collection, and performance dashboards while quickly adapting to clients' specific marketing tech stacks
- Email & Content Support: Delivering monthly newsletters, refining and proofreading copy, scheduling A/B send processes and reporting on success rates
- Client Liaison: Act as a daily point of contact for our clients, providing general admin support and ensuring positive, accurate communication
- Process Management: Independently prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage timelines and expectations effectively
Key Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Marketing Operations Executive/Administrator, or in a similar role
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and forward-think to preempt future challenges, working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and efficiency skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve existing processes
- Strong technical skills preferred (fluency with Excel, database management, CRM, and CMS knowledge; Salesforce literacy is preferable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of GDPR regulations
- Professional and approachable manner with a positive, constructive attitude

Description: JD Marketing is a London-based Marketing, Event Production, and Content Agency specialising in the B2B Tech space. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to join our Peckham office (full-time, with hybrid working available after a 3-month probation). Acting as an extension of our clients’ internal teams, you will manage event operations and administrative tasks, campaign processes, and client communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who is comfortable with marketing technology (G-Suite, Pardot, Slack, databases) and eager to learn new systems. This fast-paced role rewards drive, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. (Note: some flexibility in working hours may be required during peak event times). Please note that this role is intended to be mat cover but may be offered a permanent position
