About the Role

The Global Growth & Lifecycle Merchandising Team is seeking a proactive Content Merchandising Coordinator to support international merchandising and lifecycle marketing initiatives across Paramount+ owned platforms.

In this role, you will help drive subscriber engagement, retention, and content discovery across key global markets.

You will act as a vital operational and strategic arm for a large, international lifecycle team of 5 hiring managers and broader EMEA counterparts.

Reporting directly to the Director - Content Merchandising, you will collaborate cross-functionally across different time zones with marketing, local/global teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Main Objectives

  • Marketing & Operational Support: Execute heavy operational marketing workflows, including calendar planning, metadata updates, and content database maintenance.
  • Content Delivery & Discovery: Assist in merchandising and delivering content in front of customers to drive engagement, viewing, and retention.
  • Data & Asset Management: Maintain and pull operational data from platforms like Airtable, Jira, and Sharepoint to support metadata, copy, and print alignment.
  • Strategic & Lifecycle Planning: Participate in planning campaigns and cross-functional initiatives across EMEA and global markets.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with local and global stakeholders, building key presentation decks and slides using Google Suite.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Background in Marketing Operations, Media/Broadcasting, or Streaming/TV/Agency environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Airtable, Jira, and Sharepoint for database, scheduling, and project management.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency/fluency in Italian and/or French (fluency in both is highly preferred; German is an added bonus).
  • Core Competencies: Strong operational marketing focus, experience managing content databases/metadata, and proficiency in Google Suite (constructing/pinning presentations and decks).
  • Mindset: Self-starter with high initiative, comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional international organisation.

Nice-to-Haves / Assets

  • Fluency in German (internal support available, but a bonus).
  • Prior experience with content scheduling and merchandising within major streaming or media platforms.

Working Environment & Hours

  • Hours: Full-time based on UK hours / EMEA working hours.
  • Hybrid Setup: 2 to 3 days in office per week.
