Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly segmented email campaigns for homeowners, builders, and architects
- Conduct regular CRM hygiene tasks
- Maintain automated email workflows
- Produce campaign performance reports and quarterly GA4 analytics summaries
- Manage and brief our social media agency
- Define monthly content themes aligned with seasonal trends
- Oversee ROI measurement of paid social campaigns
- Coordinate customer case studies, from outreach to on-site photography
- Liaise with photographers and videographers to capture and edit assets
- Contribute to blog creation
- Monitor and report on direct mail campaign effectiveness
- Lead the organisation of trade shows and industry exhibitions
- Coordinate logistics, stand materials, and promotional activities
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a marketing role covering email, social media, and content
- Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Hubspot or similar platforms
- Familiarity with campaign performance analysis (GA4 experience a plus)
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Experience managing external agencies and freelancers
- Proactive, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities
