Summary: The Marketing Manager role at Aramark focuses on enhancing the Merlin account through strategic marketing initiatives and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable cash sales and continuous customer participation
- Collaborate with client marketing teams to develop and activate impactful campaigns
- Develop Brand Standards Manuals
- Produce commercial case studies on propositions, promotions, new installations, food concepts, and other customer-facing activity
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Own the digital signage strategy – design and CMS
- Manage design and print partner relationships
- Work with resort directors to drive marketing activity at sites
- Develop innovation and initiatives to enhance the Merlin customer experience
- Assist on-site marketing activity
- Support new transformation projects
- Work with functional partners to support marketing activity
- Support business review documents
