Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) We are searching for an experienced event marketing professional to implement effective marketing plans for a launch event in October 2026, Miami US. In this role, you’ll focus on driving ticket sales and supporting the commercial team with their exhibitor and sponsorship targets.

Overview: Build on and implement strategic attendee development plans and ensure marketing communications accurately reflect event positioning and key messaging Direct and finesse the audience messaging - good communication and writing skills are essential Lead the execution of the marketing, promotions and communication campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results Create, test and analyse cold and warm email campaigns Manage the creative/design process for marketing material – ensuring all comms align with our audience messaging Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on new client growth Regularly review marketing plan, response rates/KPI’s, attendee demographics, and industry best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriate Develop key relationships and partnerships with industry and sector media

Key duties: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Execute comprehensive marketing plans for the launch of Jupiter Festival Manage the full marketing lifecycle, being involved in concept and delivering execution. This will include market research, audience targeting, content creation, delivering the event onsite, and post-campaign analysis Collaborate with event stakeholders, including sales teams and sponsors, to ensure alignment on goals and messaging Digital Marketing: Work with our digital agency on the development and optimisation of digital campaigns (including PPC, social media and SEO) to drive event registrations and engagement Oversee the management of event website, ensuring regular updates and optimised for SEO, user experience, and lead generation Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling and engaging content with the rest of the marketing team to attract the event's target audience, including promotional materials, blogs, website copy, email campaigns and case studies Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Utilise CRM systems and marketing automation tools to segment, nurture, and engage audiences effectively Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including exhibitors, partners, media, and industry associations Working closely with cross-functional teams, including management, design, content and sales – building strong relationships and influencing upwards. Work closely with the design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless marketing experience Leadership : Develop team members, coach and support, managing and improving performance Event support: Lead on-site marketing activities during the event, including campaigns, visitor experience, gathering testimonials and social media content, building client relationships etc.

Key skills required: Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns for B2B events or communities Confident communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts with clarity Confident email marketer who’s built and worked on cold and warm email marketing campaigns. Ideally used Adestra or MailChimp email platforms but not essential Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. With hands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Ideally used Hubspot before but not essential Methodical project manager who thrives on deadlines, detail, and continuous optimisation. Strong organisational and time management abilities Strong copywriting, content development, and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with autonomy Strong team leaderships skills – coaching mindset Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Experience with budget management
