Summary: TONG is seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and marketing strategies from their London office. The role involves managing public-facing assets and developing outreach campaigns to attract new clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and events) targeting specific brand segments and ICPs.
- Research and identify prospective brands that fit TONG’s target profiles using industry databases, trade news, and social listening tools.
- Personalise messages using insights such as campaign performance, category trends, and social media buzz.
- Use HubSpot to track all outreach activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate reporting on progress.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, qualifying lead quality over email communication.
- Capture and update lead information in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and transparency across the BD team.
- Monitor and analyse lead metrics (response rates, qualification ratios, meeting conversions) to continuously improve performance.
- Update the website and TONG’s LinkedIn account.
- Conduct SEO on the website (or work with external service providers) to ensure growth of web traffic.
- Prepare and send monthly newsletter, managing and optimising Mailchimp mailing list.
- Assist in building and managing TONG’s partner network.
- Help onboard and communicate with external partners - from consultants to agencies - providing them with updated materials and support.
- Lead on B2B Marketing Plan development.
- Manage the Marketing Budget.
- Support with creation of marketing materials.
- Support with digital and in-person event organisation and execution (ad hoc).
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to align outbound messaging with TONG’s broader thought-leadership and PR efforts.
- Attend key industry events and expos to assist with on-site lead generation and relationship building.
- Bring fresh ideas and experimentation to the outbound process - especially in personalisation, data enrichment, and use of automation tools.
Key Skills:
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B marketing & sales development, lead generation, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in reaching out to international clients.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outreach channels simultaneously.
- Positive, energetic, and resilient attitude - comfortable handling rejection and maintaining momentum.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
- Strong curiosity about China’s consumer market and global brand-building.
- Experience of Mailchimp, Canva, and Zoom Webinar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of luxury, consumer goods, and tourism sectors.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation or AI tools used in prospecting and outreach.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills a plus but not required.

TONG are looking for a motivated, resourceful and confident B2B Marketing Manager to join our London-based team. The core goal of this role is to generate high quality enquiries for TONG’s services, to pass to the Commercial Team. As a key part of a small team, this role is crucial in developing TONG’s business into a new stage of growth. As the lead for marketing within the business, this wide-ranging role includes both the management of TONG’s primary public-facing assets (website, newsletter, social), and the development of outbound strategies to reach new audiences. This a hybrid role with three fixed days in our London office each week.
