Summary: The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract focused on leading marketing strategy and engagement for a national multi-site workplace hospitality contract. This position requires collaboration with operations leaders and stakeholders to drive participation, revenue growth, and brand experience through innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing and engagement strategy
  • Plan and execute multi-site campaigns and activations
  • Analyse customer insight, sales data and trends to inform activity
  • Lead concept launches and innovation initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the contract
  • Provide strategic marketing input into projects and forums
  • Ensure consistent messaging across communications
  • Act as brand guardian across all sites
  • Lead digital, internal and on-site communications
  • Produce reports, articles and marketing collateral
  • Maintain templates, toolkits and content libraries
  • Deliver site campaigns, pop-ups and experiential activity
  • Create monthly engagement calendars with operations teams
  • Represent the contract at events and industry activity
  • Track campaign ROI, participation and sales impact
