Summary: The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract focused on leading marketing strategy and engagement for a national multi-site workplace hospitality contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing and engagement strategy
- Plan and execute multi-site campaigns and activations
- Analyse customer insight, sales data and trends to inform activity
- Lead concept launches and innovation initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the contract
- Provide strategic marketing input into projects and forums
- Ensure consistent messaging across communications
- Act as brand guardian across all sites
- Lead digital, internal and on-site communications
- Produce reports, articles and marketing collateral
- Maintain templates, toolkits and content libraries
- Deliver site campaigns, pop-ups and experiential activity
- Create monthly engagement calendars with operations teams
