Summary: Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a North London school on a 3-month interim contract. The role involves leading a multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve pupil recruitment targets through data-driven campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and the admissions team, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior staff and admissions colleagues to deliver pupil recruitment targets through targeted marketing activity.
- Lead and coordinate channel specialists across owned, earned and paid media.
- Manage the organisation’s website, including uploading and updating content.
- Develop creative and tailored marketing materials (video, graphics, digital assets) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Write and edit high-quality copy for a range of audiences, ensuring tone and messaging align with organisational values.
- Oversee the rollout and usage of the CRM system (HubSpot), supporting campaign tracking and data-led decision making.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all communications.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
- Strong track record in a marketing role, ideally with oversight of multiple channels.
- Experience managing websites via CMS (Sanity or similar).
- Confident in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing experience within the education sector.

- CRM expertise, ideally HubSpot.
