Summary: The Marketing Manager role is focused on driving marketing initiatives for a digital media and entertainment platform across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The position requires a data-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at optimizing customer journeys. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital promotions, managing campaign delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a 9-month hybrid position based in London, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and optimising digital customer promotions across EU and ANZ regions
  • Managing campaign delivery and issue resolution by working closely with product, marketing, and tech teams
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve marketing “last-mile” execution
  • Auditing the customer experience across marketing channels, recommending improvements
  • Coordinating with global stakeholders to champion regional customer needs
  • Delivering insights and performance analysis to help inform wider marketing strategy
  • Innovating process improvements to streamline campaign delivery and increase engagement

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns (digital, CRM, promotions or loyalty-driven)
  • Experience with auditing customer journeys and suggesting data-led improvements
  • Solid campaign analysis skills – able to extract insights and make strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity, working across multiple teams and time zones
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment and takes ownership from day one
  • Passion for digital entertainment, music, or content platforms is a definite bonus
