Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and drive efficiency.
- Develop and implement a year-long Marketing Plan.
- Establish objectives, messaging, and tactics for campaigns.
- Inspire and mentor the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Create and manage a detailed monthly marketing calendar.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Implement Personal Development Plans and Key Performance Indicators.
- Handle HR documents and authorise timesheets, overtime, expenses, and mileage.
- Provide cover for the Head of Sales and Marketing as needed.
- Manage main marketing channels, including the website and lead conversion.
- Assist with SEO, PPC advertising, and website requirements.
- Support event-based sales activities.
- Report on performance and budget, analysing tactics against benchmarks.
- Monitor lead performance to drive sales.
- Lead the student survey process and analyse results.
- Conduct focus groups to understand resident needs.
- Update Pen Portraits for Sales Launch.
- Deliver marketing performance analysis and reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Build relationships with language schools, community groups, university staff, societies, and local businesses.
