Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy in line with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand identity across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain positioning.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, influencer collaborations, and events.
  • Oversee creative assets that reflect the premium positioning of the brand.
  • Lead seasonal launches and consumer promotions.
  • Drive digital strategy including website, CRM, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Grow and engage audiences across social media platforms.
  • Partner with influencers, ambassadors, and industry professionals to create impactful content.
  • Provide partners with co-branded toolkits, POS, and digital assets.
  • Support partner marketing efforts with training and promotional resources.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Organise trade shows, events, and brand activations.
  • Manage PR activity and partnerships to secure coverage in relevant media.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximise impact.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within distribution, consumer goods, or related sectors.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and growing business that distributes premium products across the UK & Ireland. The company partners with leading brands and supplies to more than 1,200 clients, maintaining a strong reputation for quality and excellence. With a turnover of c.£5–6m and a collaborative team of around 25 colleagues, this is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence and driving growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the marketing function, supported by a Digital Marketing Assistant. This is a broad and varied role, combining creativity and commercial focus to build brand visibility, strengthen partner relationships, and engage end-consumers.
