Summary: The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Product and Head of Sales to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at managing marketing operations, creating engaging content, and coordinating with various teams. The position requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, focusing on both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will also lead a marketing team while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and roll-out of marketing initiatives across EMEA and APAC, in close partnership with teams in client management, sales, and product.
  • Oversee the organisation of both virtual and in-person events, coordinating logistics with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Design and continuously improve marketing programs - including email campaigns, sales materials, and digital content to align with key business goals.
  • Draft, edit, and disseminate press releases to support brand awareness and company announcements.
  • Develop both digital and print marketing materials, from concept through to final delivery.
  • Partner with colleagues across departments and external agencies to produce impactful thought leadership pieces.
  • Perform market analysis to inform product strategy and identify emerging trends.
  • Handle the marketing budget, track spending, and provide regular reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive work culture that values diversity and belonging.
  • Lead and inspire a results-driven marketing team with a strong focus on people development and well-being.

Key Skills:

  • Over eight years of practical marketing experience, ideally within a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing customer-facing events.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and oversight of third-party agencies and partners.
  • Skilled in engaging with senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating accountability, clear communication, and proactive ownership of initiatives.
