Summary: The Marketing Manager role involves leading marketing strategies across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands for a global organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cross-channel marketing strategies aligned to business and sales objectives.
- Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, events, and traditional marketing.
- Provide insight-driven market research and competitor analysis.
- Localise global marketing content and ensure alignment with local market needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Global Marketing, and Communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through analytics tools.
- Support demand generation and customer loyalty through tailored initiatives.
- Maintain brand integrity and reputation across all touchpoints.
- Share best practices within the wider European and global marketing community.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (CIM post-grad diploma a plus).
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within an international brand or business.
- Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, Google Ads, social, CRM – ideally Salesforce).
- Experience working across UK, Ireland, and Dutch markets a bonus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to travel internationally (occasional trips to the Netherlands required).

You'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands, contributing directly to brand growth, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the regional marketing strategy in line with global objectives. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Transformation, Marketing & Communications, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage external agencies, and act as the voice of the customer across three key European markets.
You’ll need to bring strong commercial acumen, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to lead through influence, as direct line management responsibilities will be minimal (although you’ll work closely with two marketing specialists based in the UK and the Netherlands).

What We're Looking For
