Summary: This role is a fixed-term contract for a Marketing Manager in Measurement and Experimentation, embedded within eBay but employed by DEPT®. The position focuses on driving data-driven decision-making and strategic experimentation to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various teams to develop analytics frameworks and ensure alignment with marketing goals. The role also involves mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights for campaign effectiveness and personalisation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to integrate data-driven insights into customer engagement strategies across messaging platforms.
  • Analyse data to uncover trends and insights, informing strategic decision-making and experimentation.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed reports on programme performance, linking outcomes to CRM metrics and advising on strategic adjustments.
  • Work closely with martech and Core AI teams to ensure effective use of marketing technologies aligned with strategic goals.
  • Mentor team members, promoting a data-centric approach and encouraging best practices in measurement and analytics.
  • Encourage experimentation and explore new technologies in coordination with the Senior Campaign Manager to enhance technology integration.
  • Create mechanisms for continuous feedback, ensuring data insights refine team strategies and tactics.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in marketing measurement or data-driven strategy.
  • Ability to develop and implement analytics frameworks to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with strategic goals.
