Summary: The Content & Digital Marketing Manager will join the Marketing and Business Development team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, focusing on supporting business growth across multiple offices. This role requires a creative marketer to lead various marketing initiatives, including the creation of flagship reports and management of digital content. The position involves collaboration with technical professionals and aims to drive results in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing within professional services, particularly in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of the annual, research-based flagship marketing report
• Devise, create & distribute other marcomms content including articles, podcasts, digital mailings
• Manage social media channels & create content
• Manage CRM (HubSpot) database & ensure contacts are recorded, maintained, tagged, and fed into appropriate marketing campaigns
• Manage firm-led external client events
• Manage legal directory submissions processes & relationships with legal directory representatives
• Line management responsibilities

Key Skills:

• Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, PR, Journalism or a similar field
• Experience working in professional services, preferably within the legal sector
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with campaign and social media management & reporting
• Content development and distribution via digital marketing platforms & social media
• HubSpot – database and content management
• Search engine optimisation and general website best practices
• Ability to manage several competing interests at once
