We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our Growth Culture Medium, a B2B product used for food and pharmaceutical microbiology QA testing.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the mid-term local strategy for the product, aligning it with our global strategy.

You will handle operational and coordination tasks related to the production, sale, and lifecycle of the product, including market analysis and stakeholder management.

The role requires excellent coordination skills to effectively collaborate with our manufacturing plant in Japan and our industrial customers. You will also manage one subordinate who handles these industrial customers. Our customers primarily focus on clinical testing for manufacturing. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless collaboration and accessible support between our foreign-capital biotech company and our Japanese operations.
