Summary: The Marketing Manager (App Monetization) role involves leading the global marketing strategy for the Audience Network, focusing on rebranding and go-to-market initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the marketing strategy for Audience Network, aligned with product and business goals
- Ensure a positive brand presence and recall for Audience Network globally
- Develop and deploy content and marketing materials in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Create and execute Audience Network’s owned/sponsored events in collaboration with Global Commercial and Partnerships teams
- Drive, oversee, and manage strategic and logistical planning for events and conferences
- Adapt projects and deliverables quickly to product changes and communicate these to stakeholders
- Partner with third parties to execute the marketing strategy
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis
- Manage social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs

The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to plan and execute a rebranding and go-to-market strategy, including ideation, content creation and curation, event strategy, programme launches, and measurement Responsibilities Lead and execute the marketing strategy for Audience Network, aligned with product and business goals Ensure a positive brand presence and recall for Audience Network globally Develop and deploy content and marketing materials (articles, presentations, playbooks) in partnership and alignment with cross-functional teams, securing approvals where needed Create and execute client Audience Network’s owned/sponsored events (and co-owned events with key partners) in close collaboration with the Global Commercial and Partnerships teams and agencies Drive, oversee, and manage strategic and logistical planning for events, conferences, and key industry moments Adapt projects and deliverables quickly to product changes and limitations, communicating these strategically to stakeholders Partner with various third parties to execute the marketing strategy Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis Manage social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), blog, etc Minimum Qualifications Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Strong virtual presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Proven success in executing marketing strategies and campaigns Metrics-driven marketing approach combined with creativity Demonstrated ability to collaborate with third parties and cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Legal, etc) and lead complex projects Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organisational levels BA/BS degree or higher Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience and expertise in digital marketing Experience in marketing strategy, GTM messaging, and collateral design Mobile gaming/AdTech industry experience Performance marketing and/or brand advertising experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a compelling story using data Day-to-Day Activities Part of the Monetization Partnership Marketing Team, responsible for go-to-market strategies for app monetization products Comfortable building and leading brand strategy Able to develop content and positioning; while under the marketing organisation, the key day-to-day contacts are product marketing and product engineering for building content resources Skilled in building strategy and executing messaging strategy through to completion Work closely with business and product teams to understand the solution Draft own marketing strategy Build brand strategy, reskinning existing work Develop external marketing communications Create content for social media and events Non-Negotiables 7+ years of experience in partnerships marketing or B2B marketing and brand strategy development Content development to support marketing needs Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience (worked with product and engineering teams) Ability to connect engineering language with business language — strong technical writing skills *This role is open for a limited time.
