Summary: The Marketing Manager role is a 3-month fixed-term contract based in London, focusing on executing global event management and impactful marketing initiatives. The position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in media and event planning, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile events while managing PR activities and social media strategies. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute global event and conference management, from planning and logistics through to on-site delivery
- Manage and maintain effective PR activity in collaboration with our PR agency
- Develop and manage copywriting for marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social content
- Oversee social media strategy and content scheduling
- Support content marketing through webinars, speaking opportunities, and campaign initiatives
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the media industry
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience with HubSpot preferred but not essential
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and results-focus
- Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; Google Workspace a plus)
