Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with creative agencies to design marketing materials.

  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
  • Oversee content creation for social media channels.
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Marketing Manager, you'll nee d to:

  • Create and develop customer acquisition programmes with a focus on User Centred Design and Digital Transformation across Health organisa tions
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop clear understanding and recognition UCD capacity and trai ning.
  • Implement with marketing campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, digital and media relations to drive new business and client retention for NEC.
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts to promote NEC Digital, including training, service design and user centred res earch
  • Write and proofread marketing copy
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
  • Oversee content creation for NEC Digital UCD and training focussed social media cha nnels
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibi tions
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing mate rials
  • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus g roups
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and ext ernal

And with support, you'll nee d to:

  • Support the development and implementation of a communications strategy for wider NECSWS with a particular focus on Health and Justice activ ities
  • Manage stakeholders' expecta tions
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for manag ement
  • Monitor and report on competitor act ivity
  • lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activ ities
