Summary: The Marketing Operations Lead is a pivotal role within a global Technology organization, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the UK Marketing team and managing the marketing budget. This position involves overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The role is offered as a 12-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing activities, oversee Marketing policies and procedures, both internally and with external agencies
• Design and optimise processes such as Lead flows from lead capture through to nurture; coordinating with Sales and Marketing
• Responsible for the UK Marketing budget and ensuring budget owners are on track with forecasted spend, working with finance to ensure compliance
• Managing the Back End of marketing campaigns, from tracking progress, to coordinating the building and testing teams through to execution and analysis.
• Collaborates with a variety of stakeholders on all aspects of various projects and managing approvals, timelines, and budget.
• Responsible for onboarding and managing new starters and agencies
• Responsible for coordinating and running the Marketing QBR and delivering to senior stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Two or more years proven success in a Studio Manager, Project Management or Operations Management Role
• Ability to strategically maintain financial/budgetary information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail
