Key Responsibilities:
- Leading marketing strategy for ancillary products, retail activity and partnership campaigns
- Driving revenue growth across post-purchase and customer lifecycle marketing
- Managing marketing programmes with commercial partners including tourism boards, airports and retail brands
- Delivering integrated campaigns across CRM, digital, media and creative channels
- Optimising the customer journey to improve conversion, attachment rates and overall revenue per customer
- Managing agency partners and external suppliers to deliver effective campaigns
- Overseeing marketing investment and ensuring strong ROI across all activity
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, digital, retail and customer teams
- Supporting the delivery of annual revenue targets across multiple commercial streams
- Leading and developing a small team within a complex, matrix organisation
Key Skills:
- Experience in travel, aviation, ecommerce, retail or other high-volume consumer businesses
- Background in partnerships, ancillary revenue, retail or lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of delivering marketing programmes tied to commercial performance
- Ability to manage agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Able to lead cross-channel campaigns across digital, CRM and paid media
- Experience working in travel, hospitality or retail environments would be highly beneficial

This is a high-profile contract role within a large, fast-moving consumer travel organisation, focused on delivering measurable revenue growth through customer marketing, partner campaigns and retail optimisation.
