The Role

As a Marketing Intern , you will be responsible for providing and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Your tasks will involve managing systems and processes, analysing and presenting campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence. As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you’ll support campaigns that showcase organizations capabilities and build deeper connections with clients, prospects, and partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns and events are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organization goals.
• Track progress and manage workflows across different marketing initiatives.
• Assist the event project lead with event planning and production.
• Ensure effective implementation and execution of all event milestone planning, project planning, meeting minutes, and deadline delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns, such as engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Assist with event nomination and invitation processes as well as the development of event websites, event mobile apps, and registration management.
• Ensure data management practices align with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Standardize and document marketing processes, ensuring scalability and clarity for the broader team.
• Drive automation initiatives to optimize productivity and campaign delivery timelines.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both, written and verbal.
• Strong expertise in MS office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
