Summary: The Barbican Centre is seeking a Marketing Insight/Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on providing analytical support to enhance the marketing team's strategic use of data. The role involves deep analysis of marketing campaigns and audience behavior, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and developing automated data products. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and participation in Agile sprints to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep analysis of marketing campaigns and audience behavior.
  • Deploy analytical techniques for data segmentation, effectiveness reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into analysis tasks and develop automated data products like Power BI dashboards.
  • Participate in Agile sprints and document work through Jira.
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to understand organizational data and analysis requirements.
  • Experience translating research findings into actionable visual reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and trend identification within data sets.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data analysis languages such as SQL, R, Python.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing database systems and audience analysis.
  • Experience in an analyst role interpreting campaign and audience data.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data processing tools.
