Why Garden? Garden is deliberately small, senior and highly dynamic. We are not a network agency, and we are not trying to be one. What we offer instead is a David-versus-Goliath opportunity: the chance to help scale a consultancy that regularly outthinks, outmanoeuvres and outperforms much larger agencies—because we are sharper, closer to the work, and deeply invested in outcomes. Our portfolio spans multiple industries and categories, from FMCG and beauty to hospitality, retail, telecoms, fashion and emerging brands. We work globally, with clients across the UK, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Asia, bringing genuine cultural sensitivity and market understanding to everything we do. This isn’t surface-level “international experience”; it’s hands-on, lived, and strategically embedded in our work. Garden’s strength lies in its depth: • A strong, credible portfolio built on long-term client relationships • Strategy, design and delivery under one roof • A team that is highly knowledgeable, fast-moving and responsive • Direct access to decision-makers, Partners and clients—no layers, no politics For the right person, this role offers something rare: real influence, real ownership, and real reward in shaping the next phase of a respected, ambitious consultancy—without the inertia, bureaucracy or ego of bigger agencies. If you’re motivated by building value, not just managing process, Garden gives you the space to do exactly that.
