Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Customer Experience and Communications team to translate communications into actionable campaign plans.
- Create and build campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and personalisation using data and insights.
- Partner with AXA colleagues to align campaign execution with team priorities.
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM platform to execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Execute test and learn activities for cross sell initiatives, measure impact, optimise campaigns and share learnings to inform future strategy.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Identify opportunities to drive performance.
- Ensure communications are focussed on growth, cost reduction and retention.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM system is essential.
- Knowledge of its AI capabilities and be up to date with latest version.
- Experience in building creative, email template designs for individual campaigns.
- Use of Google Analytics or similar analysis tool would be helpful.
- Ability to meet short deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Numerical skills with ability to uncover and cascade actionable insights.
- Creative approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
