Summary: This role is for a Marketing Executive to join a new UK-based marketing team in Northamptonshire, focusing on digital marketing campaigns. The position involves managing various marketing activities, including campaign management, asset creation, and performance measurement. The successful candidate will support the Head of Marketing and contribute to the team's growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, office-based role with a flexible work arrangement on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage newsletters, social media, publications, market research, lead generation, and content creation.
- Identify high-traffic keywords for various markets and audiences.
- Plan, optimise, create, and execute campaigns across international markets.
- Design corporate assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Schedule and launch social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Track ROIs, CTAs, gated content, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct tests to optimise ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies.
- Report on and optimise campaign performance, and analyse competitor campaigns.
- Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive customer acquisition.
- Help achieve acquisition, revenue, and customer targets.
- Build and refine efficient workflows.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Clearly communicate strategies, techniques, and results to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
