Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing activity across a variety of offline and customer engagement channels to support venue performance and brand awareness.
  • Partner with venue and regional leadership teams to understand local market opportunities and identify marketing solutions that deliver commercial results.
  • Coordinate the creation, production, and deployment of marketing collateral to support promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a key marketing contact for operational stakeholders, offering guidance, recommendations, and best-practice support.
  • Work closely with creative, operational, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through reporting and evaluation, identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.
  • Manage designated campaign budgets, ensuring expenditure is controlled and marketing investment delivers maximum value.
  • Contribute to broader marketing projects and business initiatives, supporting the achievement of company-wide growth objectives.

The Successful Candidate Will

  • Have previous experience within a marketing, campaign, or communications role, ideally supporting multiple locations or business units.
  • Possess strong knowledge of traditional marketing channels such as print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, events, and local promotions.
  • Demonstrate experience planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of a business.
  • Take a proactive and solutions-focused approach to work, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Be comfortable analysing campaign results and using insights to improve future performance.
  • Hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel regularly across the region as required.
