Key Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition, retention, and engagement activities for subscription products.
- Manage the delivery of email campaigns through our CRM, HubSpot (training provided).
- Support seasonal marketing campaigns aimed at driving digital subscriptions.
- Understand and utilise our content to drive digital growth.
- Conduct regular audits of outbound marketing channels to ensure industry best practices.
- Handle outbound customer communications via HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with in-house teams on creative briefs and manage the delivery of marketing assets.
- Execute day-to-day management of outbound emails, including some copywriting.
- Identify and target key audiences through various marketing channels.
- Stay informed on media industry trends, marketing techniques, and new advertising strategies.
- Enjoy data-driven work, overseeing the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Key Skills:
