Summary: The Marketing Executive will support the R&E marketing plan and facilitate marketing activities aligned with the division's business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the planning and manage the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support business objectives for the division.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other key stakeholders to create and execute plans on agreed focus areas across key channels.
  • Work alongside the Head of Divisional Marketing to review existing assets, identify gaps and update requirements, then prioritise and manage programme of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high quality sales enablement across the sales funnel and all channels.
  • Become the subject matter expert on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimise the R&E teams’ usage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team channel specialists on a range of deliverables and track performance metrics.
  • Support overall planning and task management for R&E within the Divisional Marketing Team, including ClickUp and budget tracking.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing with 2 years practical experience within a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of multi channel marketing tactics (esp. digital).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in identifying and measuring effective performance metrics.
  • Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

A quick look at the role

The Marketing Executive will help deliver the R&E marketing plan and facilitate all marketing activity to support the team’s business objectives for the division. This will involve working with key stakeholders including sales and account teams, marketing channel owners (esp. creative, digital and social), agencies, internal comms, finance and IT. There is also a strong focus on evaluating the commercial opportunity of each activity to prioritise against return on investment.

Your core responsibilities

  • Support with the planning and manage the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support business objectives for the division.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other key stakeholders to create and execute plans on agreed focus areas. This is across key channels – sales enablement, social, digital, PR, content and creative.
  • Work alongside the Head of Divisional Marketing to review existing assets, identify gaps and update requirements then prioritise and manage programme of deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high quality sales enablement which works across the sales funnel - awareness, lead generating and conversion - and across all channels. Also, recognising the benefits of the products and services provided by the R&E division for diverse audiences.
  • Become the subject matter expert on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimise the R&E teams’ usage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team channel specialists on a range of deliverables and track performance metrics; including content, social, digital and website. Especially around digital demand generation performance and website optimisation.
  • Support overall planning and task management for R&E within the Divisional Marketing Team, including ClickUp and budget tracking, to ensure visibility of materials and achieving multiple deadlines.
